Housing Case Management: Housing with Dignity. Support with Purpose.
Through the Delaware Housing Assistance Program (DHAP), we provide client-centered housing case management for individuals and families living with HIV who are navigating housing insecurity. Our program does more than secure a roof over someone’s head. It creates a pathway to stability, health, and independence.
Our program operates with a current waitlist, reflecting the overwhelming need for these services. We’re working to reimagine the sustainability and scalability of our impact. We believe that safe, affordable housing is a human right, and with strategic investment and partnership, we can ensure more Delawareans have access to the housing support they deserve.
Join us as we build a future where housing is not a barrier to wellness but a bridge to thriving.
