The Delaware HIV Consortium provides Ryan White HIV case management services under contract with the Delaware Division of Public Health.
Services
For clients who qualify for Ryan White benefits, the Delaware HIV Consortium offers HIV case management and Ryan White Care Services statewide to help you manage your HIV. Case management services include:
- Access to:
- HIV housing assistance
- Emergency financial assistance
- Health insurance assistance
- Dental services
- Vision services
- Mental health services/counseling
- Transportation assistance
- Food assistance
- Referral to resources to help you better manage your HIV.
