Know Your Status with At-Home Testing and Counseling
Know your status—your health matters.
Whether you’re testing at home or in person, knowing your HIV status is a powerful step toward taking control of your health.

Who Should Get Tested?
The CDC recommends that everyone between the ages of 13 and 64 get tested for HIV at least once as part of routine health care.
Regular testing ensures earlier access to care and reduces the risk of unknowingly transmitting HIV to others.
Some People Benefit from More Frequent Testing—Especially If They:
- Have multiple sexual partners
- Are a person who injects drugs
- Have a partner living with HIV
- Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
