Description:	This one-day conference seeks to connect faith leaders with local, state and national efforts to engage faith communities, especially faith leaders, in increasing access to HIV prevention, care and treatment services. It will include sessions on action planning to facilitate successful community outreach and faith based community partnerships aimed at improving these services.
Presenters:	The conference is presented by the Governor's Office of Community Initiatives, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Pennsylvania Mid-Atlantic AIDS Education and Training Center, and the Institute of Human Virology.
Target Audience:	leaders of faith communities, providers of HIV prevention or care services
