The Delaware HIV Consortium is recognized as Delaware's leader in bringing together consumers, service providers, community based organizations, community leaders, faith groups, and businesses to work together in planning, developing and implementing a quality continuum of care for those infected and affected by HIV disease in Delaware. The Delaware HIV Consortium is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the spread of HIV/AIDS and to creating a seamless continuum of care for all people infected and affected in Delaware
The Ministry of Caring is committed to serving the ongoing needs of the poor; food for the hungry, shelter and housing for the homeless and for individuals with AIDS, job training, dental care, child care and advocacy for the disenfranchised. The House of Joseph II is a permanent 16 bed residence for individuals living with advanced stages of AIDS. The residents are able to live as fully and independently as possible and receive respect and acceptance in response to their physical, nutritional, medical, psychological, recreational and spiritual needs.
The Delaware HIV Consortium and the Ministry of Caring are collaborating again this year for the fourth annual 'Easy as Pie' fund raising campaign. Proceeds from this fund raiser support our programs statewide.
