More than 4,000 walkers came out to support the 19th annual Delaware AIDS Walk and had a great time for a great cause! This year’s Walk was sponsored by the Consortium and AIDS Delaware and is an example of collaboration at its finest.

This year’s events were held on three separate Sundays in three locations. The Wilmington and Dover Walks attracted the most walkers, but the inaugural Georgetown Walk was a great success and allowed down staters to have a Walk in their backyards too!

The event grossed more than $128,000 that will be used to help those infected with HIV/AIDS. Monies will be spend on food, housing and education for clients. Great job to all who attended!
