The HIV/AIDS field is constantly changing. It seems that our medical knowledge about this disease grows every day. The epidemic is impacting more people all the time, and the types of people it impacts are more and more diverse. Even traditional topics need to be viewed through a new perspective, a lens colored by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Continuing education for HIV/AIDS service providers, therefore, is critical.

The Delaware HIV Consortium created this HIV/AIDS Training Central Registry to help people looking for training and to help people who offer training. The Registry also allows people to sign up for a distribution list to receive special email announcements about HIV/AIDS trainings that might be of interest. Click here to add yourself to the Trainings Directory email list.

If you are looking for HIV/AIDS related trainings, the Registry will help you find available workshops and conferences easily. You can examine the options and pick the offering that best meets your needs and interests. Each listing in the Training Registry contains all the information you will need to decide if a particular offering meets your needs, including a narrative description, a list of course objectives, and whether or not CEUs are offered. Contact information is included to make registering easy!

If you offer training opportunities, we will help you promote your event, to coordinate offerings and avoid unnecessary schedule conflicts with other trainers, and to share resources in an environment of ever-limited funding. The Training Registry allows you to submit information about your trainings from your own computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To submit a listing for a training you are offering, you can send us an email with the title of your training, brief description, dates, times and locations. Be sure to include a phone number just in case we need to contact you.  To submit a training, Click here.
