Take I-95 South, take exit 7A (Delaware Avenue South), follow Delaware Avenue South to Orange Street (approx. 3 blocks). Turn left onto Orange Street, you can park in the Community Services Building Garage and the Consortium will validate your parking. The Consortium office is located in the Community Services Building at 10th and Orange Street. (Turn right when you are walking out of the garage and walk one block to 10th St.)
